Homemade Baby Shower Favor Ideas

Baby Shower Favors are Gifts of Appreciation

When planning a baby shower, one of the things you don't want to forget are baby shower favors for your guests. A baby shower favor is meant to be a small gift of appreciation for your guests. Homemade or personalized baby shower favors are a great way of thanking them for joining you in celebrating the arrival of the new baby.

Choosing Baby Shower Favors

There are several factors to take into consideration when choosing favors for your baby shower:

  • What type of shower are you planning: casual or upscale?
  • What is the baby shower theme? You might want the favors to match the theme.
  • Do the guests and new mom have a common interest? Such as baking/cooking, embroidery, or a book club they attend? If so, use that interest for baby shower favors.
  • What is your budget?

There are plenty of beautiful and unique ready-made baby shower favors to choose from but homemade baby shower favors show your guests how much you appreciate their thoughtfulness. You don't have to spend a lot of time or money to give your guests a special memento that they can actually enjoy.
