All orders are shipped either U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

All orders over $50 will be shipped free within the 48 contiguous United States, U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post.

If you live in Orange or Seminole County, Florida, we offer free delivery on all orders over $50.00.

NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE FREE DELIVERY, CHECK PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PAGE. Some products are not kept in stock and have to be ordered. If you would like one of these products delivered please contact us by phone or email with the product information so that we may order the product and give you an estimated time of delivery.

Local deliveries are made the following day on all orders received by 4:00 p.m.(EST). When placing your order please choose "Delivery" under shipping options and send us an email with the hospital and patient information.

All orders will be shipped upon receipt of cleared payment.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

You must CONTACT US prior to returning a product for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Product must be returned in original condition, not used or laundered, and must include original packaging and tags.

Refund will be issued (less original shipping charges) upon receipt and inspection of product.

We will be happy to ship you an even exchange for an alternate color or size (additional shipping charges will apply).

If an item is defective we will be happy to issue a full refund including return shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. If you would like a even exchange on a defective item, it will be shipped at no additional shipping charges.
