Policies

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Baby shower favors ship from several different warehouses and / or distributors. Shipping times vary and packages might arrive separately. Favors ship in 1-3 days, if personalized allow 3-5 days. This does not include the time it takes for delivery. Please allow 2-7 days to receive the favors from the time of shipping, depending on where you are located.

All orders are shipped either U.S. Postal Service, FedEX, or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

All diaper cakes qualify for free ground shipping, within the 48 contiguous United States. Diaper cakes that are ordered with other products will only be charged shipping for the additional products.

All orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping, within the 48 contiguous United States.

Furniture does not qualify for free shipping.

Qualified orders will be shipped ground, using one of the above specified shipping services.

Please allow 2 - 7 business days delivery time, depending on where your order is shipping. The majority of our items are shipped from Florida.

Payment & Returns:

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and electronic checks. You can shop at alexandersplayroom.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

We also accept payments through Paypal. Paypal is a secure way to pay for internet transactions. If you do not have a Paypal account and would like to open one, please click here to be redirected to Paypal.

All orders will be shipped upon receipt of cleared payment. Please allow 3-4 days for checks to clear.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

You are responsible for return shipping charges to our facility. You may choose to use whichever shipping service you prefer. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

You must CONTACT US prior to returning a product for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Product must be returned in original condition, not used or laundered, and must include original packaging and tags.

Refund will be issued (less original shipping charges) upon receipt and inspection of product.

We will be happy to ship you an even exchange for an alternate color or size (additional shipping charges will apply).

If an item is defective we will be happy to issue a full refund including return shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. If you would like a even exchange on a defective item, it will be shipped at no additional shipping charges.
